1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Onrog mobile application ("App") or visiting onrog.com ("Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Onrog.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onrog ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Onrog:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to use social networking apps in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from Onrog for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account.

By using Onrog, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the core features of Onrog, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at onrog.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Onrog only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Post or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your age, identity, or affiliation.
• Post nude, sexually explicit, or graphic violent content.
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Use Onrog for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use Onrog for any illegal activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, solicitation of minors, or fraud.

5. User Content

Onrog allows you to post profile photos, a bio, and send messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to use and share the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

By posting User Content, you grant Onrog a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Onrog service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of Onrog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

7. Interactions Between Users

Onrog facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to:

• Exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users.
• Use the in-app Block feature to immediately stop unwanted contact from any user.
• Use the in-app Report feature to report any user who behaves inappropriately, sends abusive messages, or violates these Terms.
• Contact us directly at onrog.support@gmail.com for urgent safety concerns.

Onrog is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your interactions with other users, whether online or offline.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of the Onrog App and Website — including but not limited to the name "Onrog", logo, design, code, and text — are owned by Onrog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Onrog service without our express written permission.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account) or via our Delete Account page. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. Grounds for suspension or permanent ban include, but are not limited to:

• Repeated or severe violations of the Acceptable Use policy (Section 4).
• Being reported multiple times by other users for abusive or harmful conduct.
• Submitting false or misleading reports against other users.
• Attempting to circumvent a previous ban by creating a new account.
• Any conduct we determine poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the Onrog community.

Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Banned users may appeal by contacting onrog.support@gmail.com. We are not obligated to restore any banned account.

10. Reporting & Content Moderation

10.1 Reporting Users

If you believe another user has violated these Terms — through abusive messages, inappropriate content, harassment, impersonation, or any other prohibited conduct — you can report them directly within the app. Use the Report button on their profile page or inside a conversation. You may also contact us at onrog.support@gmail.com.

10.2 How We Handle Reports

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning to the reported user.
• Temporarily suspend the reported account.
• Permanently ban the reported account from Onrog.
• Remove the offending content from the platform.
• Escalate to law enforcement where required by law or where there is a risk to personal safety.

We aim to review reports promptly, but we do not guarantee a fixed response time. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what enforcement action is appropriate. We are not required to disclose the outcome of a report to the person who submitted it.

10.3 Blocking Users

You can block any user at any time to prevent them from contacting you, sending message requests, or viewing your profile. Blocking a user does not automatically file a report against them. If a user has violated our Terms, we encourage you to use both the Block and Report features together.

10.4 Chat Moderation

Onrog does not proactively monitor private conversations. However, when a message or conversation is reported by a user, we may review the reported content as part of our moderation process. By using Onrog, you acknowledge that reported content may be reviewed by our moderation team for the purpose of enforcing these Terms. Content may also be disclosed to law enforcement where required by applicable law.

10.5 Banned Accounts

Users whose accounts are permanently banned:

• Lose access to the Onrog app immediately and without prior notice.
• Are prohibited from creating a new account using the same or different credentials.
• Forfeit all data, connections, matches, and content associated with the banned account.
• May appeal the ban by contacting us at onrog.support@gmail.com. We are not obligated to reinstate any banned account.

10.6 False Reports

Submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports against other users is a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to be abusing the report system may themselves be subject to suspension or permanent ban.

11. Disclaimers

Onrog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The App is free from viruses or harmful components.
• Results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable.
• Moderation actions will prevent all harmful content or conduct on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onrog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any conduct or content of other users.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.
• Any moderation decision, including account suspension or permanent ban.
• Any failure to remove reported content in a timely manner.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by posting a notice on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Onrog after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
