Child Safety Standards

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Our Commitment: Onrog has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Onrog is strictly an 18+ adult platform. We are committed to preventing the use of our platform for any activity that harms, exploits, or endangers minors, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in all such matters.

1. Age Requirement & Eligibility

Onrog is a social and dating application intended exclusively for adults. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, create an account, or use Onrog in any capacity.

  • During registration, all users are required to provide their date of birth. The app's date picker enforces an 18+ minimum — users born after the eligible cutoff date cannot complete registration.
  • Profile setup additionally validates the date of birth before a profile can be marked as complete and visible to others.
  • Users who provide a false date of birth or misrepresent their age are in immediate violation of these terms and will be permanently banned upon discovery.
  • We reserve the right to request age verification documentation and to suspend any account where we have reasonable suspicion that the user is under 18.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content

Onrog maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, or any other media.
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, including grooming behaviours.
  • Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM in any form.
  • Using Onrog to make contact with minors for any sexual purpose.
  • Any communication that sexualises children or attempts to exploit minors.
  • Facilitating or encouraging others to commit acts of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Accounts found to engage in any of the above activities will be immediately and permanently banned without warning. All evidence will be preserved and reported to the appropriate national and regional law enforcement authorities and child protection organisations.

3. How We Prevent Harm to Minors

We implement the following measures to prevent minors from accessing Onrog and to protect against CSAE:

  • Age enforcement at registration: Date of birth is required during sign-up. The date picker is hardcoded to only allow dates corresponding to users aged 18 or older. Our server-side logic validates this before marking a profile as active.
  • Profile review: Profile photos must comply with our community standards. Sexually explicit content is prohibited in profile photos and bios.
  • In-app reporting system: All users can report any profile, message, or behaviour they find harmful or inappropriate directly from within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly.
  • Block feature: Users can immediately block any other user, cutting off all contact and removing the blocked user from their feed.
  • Content moderation: We use automated and manual moderation to detect and remove prohibited content.
  • Account termination: Any account credibly suspected of engaging in CSAE activity is immediately suspended and permanently deleted pending investigation.
  • Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate fully and promptly with law enforcement requests related to child safety, including providing account data, communications logs, and any other relevant information as permitted by law.

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns In-App

Onrog provides an in-app reporting mechanism on every user profile. To report a child safety concern directly from the app:

  1. Open the profile of the user you want to report.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu or the "Report" option on their profile screen.
  3. Select the appropriate reason — choose "Involves a minor" or the most relevant category describing the concern.
  4. Add any additional details in the text field provided (optional but encouraged).
  5. Tap "Submit Report". Your report is sent immediately to our moderation team.

All reports are confidential. The reported user is never informed who submitted the report.

5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns via Email

If you have witnessed, encountered, or have credible knowledge of child sexual abuse or exploitation involving Onrog or its users, please contact us immediately:
